The Logistics Partner for Premium South Island Outfitters

You focus on the hunt. We'll handle the road.

Running a world-class hunting operation takes total focus. The last thing you or your guides need is the logistics headache of coordinating airport runs, guest transfers, or organising excursions for non-hunting guests while your team is out in the field.

At Exclusive Driver, we act as a seamless extension of your operation. We handle the transport side of your international clients' trip end to end, so your guides can stay focused on delivering the hunt itself.

How We Support Your Outfitting Business

Spacious, Purpose-Built Fleet

Modern luxury vehicles with ample room for groups, luggage, and hunting equipment, without compromising on client comfort.

Premium leather interior for private driver tours across the South Island

Remote & High-Country Capability

Our drivers know the South Island's terrain intimately, from rugged alpine passes to the gravel roads of exclusive private stations. We get your clients to basecamp safely, every time.

Field-Ready Flexibility

Hunts don't run to office hours. We work around your schedule with flexible pick-ups, drop-offs, and multi-day standby to accommodate weather delays or extended trips.

Ultimate Discretion

Your high-profile clients get complete privacy and a smooth ride in pristine, unmarked vehicles — no branding that draws attention your guests don't want.

A Reliable Point of Contact

One team, one point of contact for your bookings, so coordinating transport for multiple parties across a season stays simple rather than adding to your workload.

Value-Add Services for Your Guests

Curated Companion Day Trips

While your hunters are in the field, we keep partners or family entertained with private, chauffeured day trips: Central Otago wine tastings, luxury spa retreats, or scenic alpine drives, tailored to their interests.

Post-Hunt Multi-Day Touring

Your clients' trip doesn't need to end at the lodge gates. We can extend their itinerary into a seamless luxury tour of Milford Sound, Aoraki/Mount Cook, Queenstown, or the West Coast, a natural upsell that reflects well on your operation without any extra work on your end.

Why Partner With Us

Partnering with Exclusive Driver means one less thing to manage during peak season. You can confidently recommend a transport provider that reflects the quality of your own operation, while giving guests the option to extend their New Zealand experience beyond the hunt, all without adding to your team's workload.

Let's talk. If you're planning for the upcoming season and want to take airport runs, gear transit, and companion logistics off your plate, get in touch with Louis at Exclusive Driver to discuss how we can support your outfitting business this year.

Questions Outfitters Often Ask

Can you guarantee vehicles during peak season?

We plan our fleet and driver availability well ahead of the roar and the busier alpine months, so book your season's dates with us early and we'll lock in the vehicles and drivers your clients need.

What happens if a hunt runs long or the weather changes plans?

We build flexibility into every booking as standard: multi-day standby, delayed pick-ups, and adjusted drop-offs are things we plan for, not exceptions we charge extra to accommodate.

Is this a one-off booking each time, or can we set up a standing arrangement?

Both work. Some outfitters book us per client group as needed; others prefer a season-long arrangement where we're their default transport partner. We're happy to set up whichever suits how you run your bookings.

What's covered if something happens in transit?

Our vehicles and drivers are fully insured for passenger transport. If you have specific insurance or transport requirements for your guests, we're happy to discuss them with you.

How far in advance do you need bookings?

As early as you can manage, particularly for peak season dates. We understand hunting logistics shift, and we'll always do what we can to accommodate later or last-minute requests.
